You know, this country would be a lot better off if he’d managed to keep it in his pants, but honestly, Clinton never tried to rewrite the constitution. Clinton might’ve even responded better to Katrina.
Six years later, this administration is blaming Clinton still, for things that have gone wrong on their watch. That’s the best they can do?

Still, I guess, relatively speaking, I’d rather be hearing about presidential affairs than torturing 13,000 people who probably don’t have anything to do with 9-11.
